1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User" or "you") and neko77 (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), which operates the online casino and sports betting information and entertainment service accessible at https://neko77.lat.

2. Definitions

• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets or matched deposit amounts awarded to a Player's Account subject to applicable bonus terms, including wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable balance.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required before a Player may request a withdrawal or access certain features.
• "Platform" means the neko77 website, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all related tools, features and content at https://neko77.lat.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or region in which use of the Platform is restricted or otherwise unlawful under applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a specified amount must be wagered on eligible games before Bonus Funds or related winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

3.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of neko77 is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players accessing the Platform from Prohibited Jurisdictions do so in violation of these terms and may have their Accounts suspended and Balances withheld pending investigation.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on neko77. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether in the same name, using different email addresses, or via family members sharing a device or IP address — is strictly prohibited. neko77 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate Accounts and to forfeit associated Bonus Funds.

3.4 Prohibited Categories

The following individuals are not eligible to register an Account with neko77:

• Persons under the age of 21;
• Employees, directors, contractors or agents of neko77 or any associated entity;
• Individuals who have previously been banned or suspended from neko77;
• Persons accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Individuals who are not acting on their own behalf or who are acting as agents.

4. Registration and KYC Verification

4.1 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate and truthful information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information — including a fictitious date of birth — is a material breach of this Agreement.

4.2 KYC Documents

neko77 may require you to submit identity and address verification documents at any stage, including before processing your first withdrawal. Acceptable documents typically include a valid national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, together with proof of residential address dated within the past three months.

4.3 KYC Delays

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. neko77 accepts no liability for delays caused by a Player's failure to submit required documents promptly or in an acceptable format.

4.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify neko77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. neko77 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

neko77 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrency networks (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC). Availability is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Own-Name Requirement

All deposits and withdrawal requests must be made using a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any Balance funded by a third party may be suspended pending investigation.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Current deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within your Account dashboard. Indicative minimums are MYR 30 per transaction. Maximums may vary by payment method, account verification status and applicable daily or weekly limits.

5.4 Processing Times

E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes following approval. FPX bank transfers may take 5 to 60 minutes. Cryptocurrency withdrawals depend on network confirmation times. These are estimates only; actual processing may differ.

5.5 Withdrawal Prerequisites

Withdrawal requests will only be processed where the following conditions are met:

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets and similar incentives offered by neko77 are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion. In all cases of conflict between a general promotion and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met. Wagering Requirements are expressed as a multiplier (for example, X10, X15 or X20), indicating the number of times the qualifying amount must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal request may be submitted.

6.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

Whilst Bonus Funds are active in your Account, single-bet stakes are typically capped at MYR 250 to MYR 500, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Exceeding this cap may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.4 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as blackjack, roulette and baccarat may contribute between 10% and 20%, or may be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are set out in each promotion's terms.

6.5 Bonus Abuse

neko77 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and associated winnings and to suspend or close an Account where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage, systematic hedging or any strategy designed to exploit promotions rather than engage in good-faith entertainment.

6.6 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed or unused Bonus Funds expire in accordance with the terms of the individual promotion, typically within 7, 14 or 30 days of issue. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from the Account without notice.

7. Gameplay and Wagering

7.1 Game Outcomes

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random-number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer products, by a live dealer in real time. neko77 does not control the outcome of any game and makes no representation that any particular result is achievable.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, disconnection or system malfunction that affects a game round in progress, neko77 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's Account. This decision is final.

7.3 Sports Betting

All sports bets, including those placed on Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, La Liga, UFC and other events, are subject to the applicable sportsbook rules published on the Platform. Bet cancellations, abandonments and postponements are governed by those rules.

7.4 Currency

The Platform's primary currency is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing rate. All displayed figures use the MYR denomination unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Responsible Gambling

9. Prohibited Conduct

You must not engage in any of the following activities on neko77:

• Colluding with other Players or engaging in match-fixing, chip-dumping or similar schemes;
• Exploiting errors, glitches or unintended features of the Platform;
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity, including money laundering;
• Using third-party payment methods or acting as a financial intermediary for another person;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing neko77 staff or other Players;
• Attempting to access, probe or test the Platform's systems without authorisation;
• Reproducing, scraping or commercially exploiting any content on neko77 without written permission.

A finding of prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to appropriate authorities where required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on neko77 — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, game interfaces and software — is the proprietary property of neko77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any neko77 content without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neko77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from game outcomes or sports betting results;
• Technical failures, interruptions or errors outside neko77's reasonable control;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party providers including banks and e-wallet operators;
• Your failure to read and understand these Terms & Conditions or applicable bonus terms;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

Where neko77's liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, it shall be limited to the amount of funds deposited by you in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Suspension and Termination

12.1 By neko77

neko77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably determines that a Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if continued operation of the Account presents a legal or financial risk to neko77 or other Players.

12.2 By the Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. Where a balance remains in the Account at closure and no outstanding investigation is pending, neko77 will process a withdrawal to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC and payment-provider requirements.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account closure, all Bonus Funds are immediately forfeited. Sections relating to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law shall survive termination of this Agreement.

13. Amendments to These Terms

neko77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified by publishing a revised version on the Platform, and where practicable, by notifying registered Players via email. The revised date will be updated at the head of this document.

Your continued use of neko77 following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction under which neko77 operates. In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact neko77 support in the first instance and allow a reasonable period for resolution before pursuing any formal process.

All decisions made by neko77 regarding game outcomes, Account status, balance calculations and bonus eligibility are final, subject only to the dispute process outlined in the applicable licensing framework.
